Beta Notice: This is a pre-release beta endpoint. It is subject to change without notice and has no uptime guarantee.

Creates a WMTS link that publishes surveys from a site to third party software, without requiring a Propeller login.

The response contains a capabilities URL that grants read access to the published surveys. Store it securely and share it only with the software that needs it. The capabilities URL is only returned by this endpoint and by the retrieve endpoint; it cannot be recovered any other way.
