Retrieve a list of every machine that has been on a site, with the DirtMates attached to it.

The reporting period set by date_start and date_end scopes the data returned for each machine, not which machines are returned. Use on_site_during_period to identify the machines present during the period.

End of the reporting period. Defaults to the time of the request, so supply date_start as well when querying a past period.
